 Abstract
This study aims to evaluate and analyze the success rate of information system implementation based on user perceptions using eight variables: System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, Use, User Satisfaction, Individual Impact, Organizational Impact, and Net Benefit. The study employs a quantitative approach with a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 1,003 respondents. Validity tests show that all statement items have a correlation value of ≥ 0.30, thus they are declared valid. Reliability tests reveal that all variables have a Cronbach's Alpha value of ≥ 0.70, which means they are reliable. Descriptive analysis indicates that all research variables fall into the good category. System Quality obtained an average score of 3.5208, Information Quality 3.6684, Service Quality 3.6004, Use 3.6209, User Satisfaction 3.6449, Individual Impact 3.6487, Organizational Impact 3.6381, and Net Benefit 3.6361. These results demonstrate that the studied information system is functioning well and has a positive impact on both individuals and the organization. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the implementation of the information system has provided significant benefits, although continued development efforts are needed to improve the quality and optimization of the system in the future.
