Abstract
PT Adhi Putra Bangun Perkasa is a property company specializing in providing subsidized housing for lower-middle-class consumers. Currently, the company's planning is still conventional, with manual recording of materials and work, potentially leading to the loss of these archives. The lack of a project scheduling system also leads to discrepancies with the initial plan. The reporting process is only through direct conversations, thus hampering the evaluation process, as there are no written records. This results in project documentation for each development plan being invisible. This study aims to design a management system specifically for project planning that allows for real-time data entry, scheduling, and reporting. The system design method used is the Waterfall Method with visual modeling using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). This system also utilizes the Critical Path Method (CPM) to assist project scheduling. The results of the study state that project data recording no longer requires the use of paper, and data can be stored automatically, as well as project reporting that can be accessed in real-time to facilitate project evaluation.
